Jumping Horse Simulator: Derb is an arcade-style jumping game in which the player controls a virtual horse and must collect coins and power-ups in order to get as far as possible. There are several different power-ups, such as a magnet, a flying carpet, and a rope. The game also has several different levels, each of which is divided into several chapters, and each of which has a boss at the end of it. The player must defeat the boss in order to move on to the next level.

The game is played on a two-dimensional, horizontal, platform-based field. The player can move left, right, forward, backward, and up. There are several different obstacles that the player must avoid, including stationary objects such as rocks and trees, and moving objects such as cars and buses.
